Our Prevention Policy for Covid-19

Your well-being is our top priority. Here are some steps we’re taking to ensure a healthy environment for everyone.

First and foremost, we are staying updated on the orders and guidance issued by New York State and local New York City governments about reopening and operating during the COVID-19 pandemic, and strictly complying with those orders.

A physical separation of 6 feet or 2 meters distance between jeweler and customer must be maintained at all times.  

Facial masks must be worn by both jeweler and customer.  A maximum of 2 customers for a private appointment.

Hand sanitizer (with at least 60 percent alcohol), disinfecting wipes and/or disposal gloves will be available for both jeweler and customers for handling jewelry. 

We have established strict protocols for cleaning all jewelry shown to customers and repairs/returns accepted from customers.  Each jewelry piece will be steam cleaned and disinfected between handling by studio and/or customers.

We are complying with CDC and OSHA guidance for maintaining a sanitary workplace at our studio.

We are implementing methods for reducing contact with customers by encouraging online ordering, curbside pickup or delivery, contactless payment and virtual appointments. Contactless shipping via Fedex is free.
